Hazing Prevention Curriculum: StandUp to Hazing

StandUp to Hazing™ is the new hazing prevention curriculum for students, staff, campus groups, and teams.

Research Based

About the Curriculum

StandUp to Hazing™ was developed and launched in 2023 by StopHazing, the nation’s leader in research about hazing and its prevention. We created this course in response to demand for a high-quality, engaging, and research-based online training.

Trusted by leading institutions and organizations:

Brown University, Cornell University, Dartmouth College, Duke University, Emory & Henry College, University of California Santa Barbara, University of California San Diego, Tarleton State University, University of Pennsylvania, University of Pittsburgh, University of Wisconsin-Madison, and more.

The module is accessible, informative, and very easy to use. … when compared with hazing conversations we were having with students in previous years, our students who took the course are noticeably better informed about hazing and how to prevent it. The experience of implementing the course was seamless and the team at StopHazing was very easy to work with. I’d recommend this course to any campus looking to bolster its hazing prevention efforts with additional education.

Emma

UC Santa Barbara

Implementing the StandUp to Hazing course at my institution was the smoothest process to educate students on hazing prevention! … This has been an invaluable resource to our student organizations, especially for our sorority’s new member education experience.

Bianca

University of Pittsburgh's Collegiate Panhellenic Association

We chose this program because it is high quality research-informed education that provides knowledge and skill development. … The staff are amazing and make the process of connecting chapters to the curriculum easy. The logistics information provided throughout the content makes successfully completing the course seamless.

Having developed course content that I could plug and play asynchronously for students was a huge weight lifted.
